Shipping Note: If you are ordering outside of the continental United States, please e-mail us with your shopping list, and we will determine the most economical shipping option for you.

Shipping Policy for Large Props and Animated Halloween Props
We strive to provide the most inexpensive shipping costs. Shipping costs for large props and Halloween animatronics vary from state to state and item to item. E-mail us (info@halloweenhillprops.com) if you are interested in purchasing a large prop or animatronic that does not already include shipping, we will determine the most effective shipping cost and let you know it before you buy. (If shipping is already included, it will be noted with the item.) 

Or purchase a large Halloween prop and animatronic, as well, and we will let you know the shipping cost afterwards. You will be charged $0 for shipping when ordering initially. Either method works well and lets us determine the most cost-effective shipping method for you. 

Shipping time: Most large haunt props and animated Halloween props are made at time of order. They are ready and shipped about two weeks after purchasing. If you need a prop by a specific date, please let us know when you order. We will let you know if there is any issue shipping a prop by your due date.

Return/Replacement Policy for Large Props and Animatronics
Merchandise that is damaged or defective will be replaced or repaired only. A Return Authorization Number is required on returns. A written request must be postmarked within 3 days of receipt. All other sales are final.

Replacement Policy
If an item is damaged during shipping or has workmanship deficts we will REPLACE the item. You must notify us within 30 days of recieving your item (s) of any of the above problems.

Refund and Return Policy
If you are not happy with your item (s) for any reason you may return the item(s) for a 30-day money back guarantee.

All items must be returned to us in the original packaging in order to receive your full refund. if not in original packaging a 25% restocking fee will be added. We will send you a e-mail with instructions on where and how to return your item(s) to us.If you need an item returned or replaced, e-mail us at info@halloweenhillprops.com.

Shipping Policies for Handmade Props
Shipping for handmade props will be the same as Halloween Decorations. However, because Halloween decorations are shipped from a different site, handmade props and Halloween decorations must be shipped separately.

Shipping Policies for Gothic Statues

Because of the weight of many statues, all high-end statues cost $10 for shipping and handling unless noted. You will not be dissapointed in your purchase!

The speed of the order depends on the distance and availability of items ordered. The delivery time itself can range from 2 to 7 business days, but we ask you to allow a maximum of 14 days for delivery. Most of our orders are shipped by standard UPS ground transportation. However, we use a variety of carriers for each shipping option and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address.

Replacement Policy

All sales are final. However, if the product is defective, we will gladly refund your money or replace the product.

Regarding Statues, What is Cold Cast Bronze?
Items categorized as bronze are actually pieces crafted using an originally British technique where bronze powder is combined with cold cast resin. This mixture produces easy-to-handle figurines with the delicate and beautiful look of actual antique museum pieces. All of our items in full color finish, or that have color accent finishes are hand-painted.

What If Free Shipping is Not Noted on a Halloween Prop? 

Please order your prop via the site. If Free Shipping is not listed, we locate the most cost-effective shipping price and contact you via e-mail with the information. You can pay for shipping at that time. You will have the option to not order, as well, after learning the shipping rate. This method allows us to get you the best shipping price.
